1. Use of the Service

FlipLister AI is a tool meant to help sellers on secondhand platforms (like Vinted, Depop, etc.) write listings. The AI-generated content is provided "as is". It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the listings before posting them to any marketplace.

2. Credits and Refunds

We offer 3 free trials. Additional credits can be purchased as a one-time payment. Due to the digital nature of the API usage, we do not generally offer refunds once credits are used. If you experience technical issues, please contact us.

3. Intellectual Property

FlipLister AI is an independent tool. "Vinted", "Depop", "Poshmark", and "eBay" are registered trademarks of their respective owners. We claim no affiliation or endorsement from these companies.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any actions taken by platforms against your seller accounts (e.g., bans, shadowbans) as a result of using generated content. Always ensure your listings comply with the specific platform's terms.
